Absolutely loved this place it was late at night and i had my 3 kids with me and they where able to make sure we had a luxurious stay and the very last minute and mad my kids feel so grown for staying at a fancy place with very polite staff !

I paid for breakfast and I wanted to bring it up to my room but they wanted to charge me. I explained that some of my kids were still sleeping. They just smiled and said sorry we can't help you.

Whenever we stay in Vaugha Mills our default hotel would be "other hotel" in the same area but due to our previous dissatisfied stay there(and management disputing MY review on trip advisor last month), there is NOT a chance in hell we would spend our money there. Therefore we chose this hotel instead.
Now after our first stay here, my kids and I have questioned ourselves why we haven't been staying at this particular hotel whenever we go to Vaughan Mills Mall area. Don't let the extra $15 change your mind about picking this hotel over the other.
Let me begin by how professional and how nice, friendly and easy it was at checkin. We were treated with respect right from the start and it was fast!! The rooms were so nice and clean, just like what you would expect paying $249 a night. There is restaurant downstairs with a full menu and we had an excellent breakfast. I wasn't expecting to be treated like royalty but we were met with courteous and an excellent experience during our stay.
Biggest plus point I find with our 4 year old and our teen is the fact that it has a traffic light for A REALLY SAFE walk to the Vaughan Mills mall. So if you want a great stay, I feel that this is the hotel to pick!

Stayed at the Novotel in Vaughan for one as a date idea and had dinner across the street. The hotel was beautiful and very modern. Incredibly comfortable bed and sheets, very modern washroom and beautiful pool area and lobby. I was very impressed! Had a great time and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Stayed here for a quick trip to Canada's Wonderland. The check in process was friendly and convenient. The hotel itself is modern and sleek, and has a nice onsite restaurant. Bar tenders were friendly and efficient. Our room was modern, tastefully decorated and CLEAN! Would recommend this to friends and would stay here again!
