This ‘hotel’ should be closed down. It was probably pretty poor when new but after years of neglect and with staff who don’t care it is long past its sell by date. Particularly noteworthy were the open electric connections in the jacuzzi, mold and lack of hot water.

Absolutely a discusting hole i wouldnt let a animal stay there!!! 3 rooms later and finally got a room that was liveable for a week, had to leave premises every day, food disgusting the cook cooked breakfast then saw her cleaning a toilet in same apron then back in kitchen. Then found out the Greek government paid for asylum seekers to live there until April 2017 !!!! The pics of this hotel must have been taken when it was first built !!!! All i can say is avoid this place like the plague☠☠classed as 1 star as no worse option

The hotel boasts a rich breakfast buffet, there was hardly anything to chose from, mostly cold and greasy, it was dirty unkept, bedrooms smelt of smoke and dirty, had to change rooms twice, the bar outside looked dirty and again there was little choice of drinks, the barman didn't know the prices and wanted to charge me 30 euros for a bottle of wine, we had to travel to a friends hotel on a daily basis to use their facilities, I took over 100 photos of the hotel, the management did nothing to help us to move to another hotel and refund our money, we were stressed, upset at being sold accommodation to such a poor standard, the company who sold us the holiday won't take responsibility for refunding us our money. The hotel states that they have an excellent standards reputation but judging by our experiences and those of other visitors this is not true.
The only thing good about this hotel is the aeroport vecinity and the pool. Everything else look obsolete and in desperate need of repairs. The breakfast is poor with little...

The only thing good about this hotel is the aeroport vecinity and the pool. Everything else look obsolete and in desperate need of repairs. The breakfast is poor with little choices. If you wish to go in Thessaloniki you must aspect a 30 min drive or 25 km.

You hear four seasons and you expect something nice, my wife was in tears ..Dirty disgusting, worst hotel I ever stayed in, paid cash the guy behind the desk was not helpful at all, thank God my niece found us a nice hotel in the city of Thessaloniki, I took my bags I didn't even bother asking for my money back and I left. If this hotel was mine I would be too embarrassed to say I was the owner.....
